Designed masthead, logo and site layout. Sought bids for providing web hosting and back-end support for website implementation and launch. Contracted with the best provider for the best price. Oversaw the design and implementation of content management structure. Trained staff on use of the site: posting articles and photos, utilizing reader feedback and capitalizing on site readership. Added the Beacon "B" as the website address icon (in Firefox and some other browsers).
